Mobile recruitment is growing at an exponential rate.
Candidates and employees expect to use mobile devices anywhere and anytime to do everything. Mobile can reduce cycle times in reaching candidates, make recruitment more engaging and will automate the recruitment process. However, many organisations have been slow to change and implement their mobile strategy. The current reality is that we are not meeting candidates’ expectations.
