Loop Works Terms of Service

As of the Effective Date of your Subscription and/or your Corporate Agreement the Loop SaaS Services accommodates Five (5) types of Users as described as follows: (i) “Administrative Users” means users of the SaaS Services that have enhanced authority to manage permissions of all Users associated with their Loop Services and includes the functionality as described in Table 1 below, and (ii) “Recruiter Users” means users of the SaaS Services that have the functionality as described in Table 1 below. (iii) “Corporate Recruiting Users” means Partner Client or Service Provider users of the SaaS Services that have the functionality as described in Table 1 below. (iv) “Corporate Hiring Manager Users” means Partner Client or Service Provider Employee users of the SaaS Services that have the functionality as described in Table 1 below. (v) “Corporate Human Resource Manager Users” means Partner Client or Service Provider Employee users of the SaaS Services that have the functionality as described in Table 1 below
The Administrative Users, Recruiter and Corporate Recruiting, Hiring Manager and Human Resource User types shall collectively be referred to herein as “Users”.

User Accounts and Access Obligations. When Loop activates one or more Corporate Users, one or more Administrative Users is required. The Administrative User will have the right to configure elements of the SaaS Services based on the User configuration account rights granted and may manage Partner’ Corporate Users.
Partner shall appoint Administrative Users who are responsible for managing Partner’ SaaS Services account and ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with Partner’ SaaS Services account complies with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and associated Statements of Works.
In the event an Administrative User’s account is locked, such Administrative User may request that such account be unlocked by sending an email to Loop at help@loopworks.com or contacting Loop’s representative or account manager.
All Users need to sign up for an account on the SaaS Services by providing all required information in order to access and/or use the SaaS Services. Such Account requires Users to provide contact information and submit any other form of authentication required during the enrollment process, as determined by Loop in its sole and absolute discretion.
Users are required to provide validated Corporate contact information including but not limited to a corporate email address. Users shall provide true, accurate and current information in connection with its account. Users are responsible for updating and correcting information it has submitted to create and/or maintain the Loop account credential and access.
